Tullmuseum

Customs Museum is located in Stockholm, in the area of Kungsholmen. It was founded in 1958. The museum features exhibits related to customs Sweden. This book, declarations, costumes customs officers, as well as the history of customs tariffs and operations. The interesting exhibition of exhibits dedicated to smuggling. The oldest exhibits date from the years 1920-1930, when alcohol is smuggled from Finland and Estonia. Visitors attracted the attention of a huge female pants with pockets. They woman hid small cans of alcoholic drinks. Humorous story itself detention of this lady. Customs officers heard strange sounds, like gurgling coming from a woman, and decided to detain her.

History of the Swedish Customs, which began in 1912, is shown in pictures and photographs. When the museum opened a school Tullskolan, training which is aimed at improving the competence of customs services in Sweden.

Customs Museum is open to visitors on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays.
